Colorado Derby Lofts is within walking distance to Riverside Park just West of us and Old Town Wichita to the East. Colorado Derby occupies a historic nine-story building that is an example of the Modern Movement in downtown Wichita, KS. These gorgeous lofts feature ribbon windows to catch the breathtaking views of downtown, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and so much more! The rooftop is meant to be a conversation place to gather with your friends and neighbors, whether you are grilling-out and watching TV, or sunning yourself in the pool, it is a great place to relax. The views from our rooftop are spectacular, especially the sunsets!
